2026 Astor Benefit: Vegas Baby!

Online Auction
Last year's Online Auction was a big hit, making participation possible for extended family for Astor community members who are not able to attend the live Benefit. As we did last year, the PTSO will be using Auctria (web or mobile app) for the Online Auction. Guests will be able to browse items, place bids, and pay directly through Auctria. The online auction will run March 6-14. The final end time is still TBD, so keep an eye out for that information!
We strongly encourage using the Auctria app for the smoothest experience (faster bidding, instant notifications if you’re outbid, and easy checkout), but you can also participate through a web browser—no app required. Payments are made securely through the platform using a credit card. More details and the event link will be provided with ticket information so everyone can come prepared and ready to bid!

Auctria & Payment during the Benefit:
As in previous years, the benefit is a cashless event. You may remember the Auctria website from the 2025 Online Auction. This year we are using Auctria for both the online auction & the live event. During the live event, Auctria will be used for processing all purchases: drink tickets, live auction, paddle raise, etc.
Consider registering your *credit card when you purchase your ticket to be ready to go for the event. Otherwise, you will be asked to register a card at check-in. You will then have a tab for the night, like at a hotel or bar, which you can either self checkout, or, if you leave the event without closing out, will be paid and closed by Auctria after the event. You will receive an email receipt for any charges.
After the event ends and all accounts have been closed out, all credit card information will be deleted from the Auctria system.
*when you check out, you can use a different credit card than the one you have registered with the Auctria website.
